Meet the AfricaSokoni Team: Hellen Asiko (Head, Customer Experience & Support)

For many companies, the Customer Care Department is the backbone for most if not all customer interactions. This is the first touchpoint for customers, the first experience they have with your brand.
As such, it is important for a company to invest in the best team to handle your Customer Service. To have a team leader who will handle all your customer inquiries without falling under the pressure that is dealing with disgruntled customers. At AfricaSokoni that person is Hellen Asiko. Asiko, whose journey into customer service started 8 years ago, has now streamlined her skills and for the past 5 years has been focusing heavily on Customer Satisfaction and Experience.
Customer service, however, is not her only passion, when she is not handling CxP and coming up with reports, Hellen is buried deep in the tourism industry where she is continually honing her skill as a travel consultant.
Outside the workplace, she is a mum first. She also dabbles in a bit of farming, cooking, and travelling as hobbies.
